The hurricane hit us dead on, what a scare. We survived and are very blessed to have only lost two big trees, but no damage to us or are house. We unfortuantely lost power for 12 days, which was hard but took advantage of some great flight specials and went to see Kacie and Adam in Seattle. Alivia enjoyed the aftermath rain the next day, it was all we could do to keep her out of the storm. All in all we are doing well.
The hurricane blew through and took our power for almost two weeks so we decided to take a spur of the moment trip to see Cade, our new baby cousin in Seattle this last week. We had such a good time and enjoyed cool, beautiful weather. We took walks, visited a different park everyday, went to lunch, did some shopping, and enjoyed Kacie, Cade, and Adam very much. We are very appreciative to them for taking us in and all of their love and help.
